FALL YOGA THERAPY WORKSHOP FOR ALL LEVELS

Need help coping with physical pain, anxiety or depression? Would you like to find some moments of grounding and peace in the midst of uncertainty and stress?  The Therapy workshop will (1) Help you explore the relationship between your body, your mind, and your life, and (2) Give you some tools to release physical, mental, and emotional tensions. Work on improving your self-awareness and develop ways to reduce physical and emotional tension, and finding moments of peace and contentment within yourself.

NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED

FALL YOGA GROUP WORKSHOP FOR ALL LEVELS

Are you overwhelmed and stressed out? Maybe experiencing anxiety or having a hard time adjusting to the “new normal” (whatever that means!)? Help may be at hand: A new Yoga Therapy group to support you in transforming your stress and finding some peace. Join us and create the life you want to live.

This 4 -week Yoga Therapy group workshop will help you explore the relationship between your body, your mind, and your life, release physical, mental and emotional pain and tensions, and find healthier ways to respond to stressors.

This group workshop features progressive thematic-based sessions that will give you the opportunity to develop tools to embrace change in your life. It will help you discover ways of managing your thoughts and feelings and your response to your life as it unfolds. This can lead to a better quality of life and healthier relationships with yourself and others.

See improved self-esteem, heightened awareness and expansion of your boundaries; Live your life from a place of clarity, authenticity, and personal truth; Transform your perception of change, and turn the difficult into the easy.

WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES WITH ANETTE:

Wednesdays Afternoons at 4 p.m.
